James Mackenzie Performs in “Twelfth Night” at Shakespeare’s Globe

Following their hugely popular debut in 2022, BBC CBeebies recently performed a special adaptation of Twelfth Night at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre in London.
Braw Clan’s James Mackenzie, who starred in the CBBC series Molly and Mack and Raven, played Orsino.
James says:
“It was a real once in a lifetime experience and a huge privilege to step out onto that stage and perform Shakespeare at the Globe.
“Being able to do it for kids made it even more special. It’s very different type of audience than you’d normally expect at such an iconic thatre. We did 5 performances to a total of 6000 parents and children. It was a real bucket-list moment.”
The show will air on the BBC CBeebies Channel and BBC iPlayer in 2024.
